• Special Items: Items like comforters, blankets, rugs, etc., have a per-item charge because they require special care.
• Customization Costs: We offer options like sensitive skin detergent, popular brands like Tide, Gain, etc., at an added fee. But remember, our default options are already inclusive of the price.

Ensuring No Delays:

1. Card Issues: Ensure your card on file is up-to-date to avoid delays. We charge the card once the laundry is ready for delivery.
2. Cancellation:* Plans change, and that's okay. If you need to cancel, do so in advance to prevent unnecessary trips for our drivers.
